How many that were 12? Well, countless baby oil commercials show toddlers nude on national television. Of course, the nudity is not meant to tittilate, so it's not considered child porn. Baby in a tire... Dog pulls toddler's pants down at the beach... Pullup Diapers for children too old for regular diapers. Of course, these aren't sexual in nature... But MANY movies have shown underage nudity that was sexual in nature, but not considered porn, because the sexuality expressed was not meant to tittilate. I already mentioned American Beauty, but those were 16 and 17 year olds. For a 12 year old, look no further than a movie with a 12 year old Brooke Shields called "Pretty Baby." It took a bit of research, but the law says any that passes the "SLAPS" test is considered OK, when it comes to underage nudity. If the art is considered to have "Serious Literary, Artistic, Political, or Scientific value" then it's not considered "obscene." Of course, that's america. If you want a list of about 280 international films with underage nudity... here you go: http://www.rarefilmfinder.com/keywor...de=girl-nudity |
