Ravens game plan

Stop LJ & Gonzo on defense. Offense, McNair will spike the ball on 1 & 2 down. Special teams, kick the ball to Hall

I mean, sure the front four "tried" to get to the Cleveland QBs--as Herm said in the post-game....

But when they can't get to the QB, they need to mix it up with more stunts and blitzes. They sat on those Sunday. SAT on them.

FTR, I'm not saying we are one of the better pass rushing teams in the league, but if we need to.....we CAN get at the QB. On Sunday we chose not to get after the QB. That's just inexcusable in my mind.

If you doubt me, watch them the rest of the season. Seriously.
Being "vanilla" at this point in the season? If that's correct, Gun is dumber than I thought.

I hope this is not true. Every coach in the league knows that you don't look past any one team. I have noticed that we have our best defensive games when we line everone up on the line of scrimage, and then blitz/drop back various people. I noticed we did that maybe once or twice in cleveland. Against a rookie, we should have been doing that all damn day.

Well the Chiefs plan is not to let Green throw for 300 and 4td's..

That would just be a reciept for disaster according to our numnuts head coach...

The F'd up thing is, is that i have every confidence that the D will play like the Monsters of the Midway Sunday and we will win and prolly next week as well.

But i just get tired of that "Oh we were embarassed so now we will play with a fire in our bellies" BS, this team shouldnt need to be destroyed by turds or called out publicly to play angry every week.

There have been so many consecutive years of punk ass D play that they shouldnt need a recent whipping to remind them that they have a lot to prove. They need to get mad & STAY MAD & quit being satisfied with a solid performance 2/3 of the time.

I know i should be over this loss by now, but for some reason its still kicking my ass.

I want a trash talkin', angry, focused, solid tackling effort every week.

Would somebody in that lockerroom PLEASE stand up and DEMAND better play from those around them???

The Ravens offense while decent is really not all that scary. McNair still provides solid leadership, but isnt what he once was. If we can stop Jamal Lewis, they really dont have much of a downfield air attack.

Knowing the history of this team, we will probably win big, im guessing 30-17.

We will choke on the road against the Bolts and Oaktown, then the final playoff berth comes down to the last weekend against Jax. Id almost bet big money we will win big this week.
