I'm also a fan of whoever wins the NHL championship, though I'll probably never know who it is....

People want to know why players continuously flock to USC even though their roster is loaded. For example, Mitch Mustain may ride the bench for a few years while Mark Sanchez starts. But someone as talented as Mitch Mustain doesn't care about competition. That's the scary part about USC. USC can sign whomever they want and their recruits aren't afraid of competition.

Blow me.

I hope Mitch takes his Mom out to Cali to try and tell Pete Carroll how to do his job too.

I regret that the Huskers best CB, Zachary Bowman, got hurt again this spring and yet again won't play against USC. I was pumped about Nebraska/USC in Lincoln until he got hurt. Jarrett went nuts on us last year. USC has inexpereince at WR, but all those guys have sick talent. Plus the defense that is loaded beyond belief and the running backs and the potential Heisman QB and the loaded offensive line, ect., ect.

The QB transfer from ASU looks pretty good for you guys, huh? I hope he kicks ass this year so I can hear all the ASU "fans" cry and moan here on local talk radio.

He's been 'tearing up' the scout team.

Some analysts have said Keller will be a first or second round draft pick next year if he has a good season. He has the arm and pro potential that Zac Taylor didn't posses. From what I understand, Dirk Koetter's decision to start Rudy Carpenter instead of Keller was a reason he got fired. Koetter originally picked Keller but changed his mind. Carpenter struggled and the fans didn't let Koetter forget his mistake.

Btw, Keller threw for 461 yards and 4 TDs against LSU, and 347 yards and 2 TDs against USC in 2005. He was having a big season before getting injured.
