If this really does happen, I'm almost of the opinion that Carl is starting to sabotage things for anyone who would want to come in next season.

That wouldn't make sense if he's staying on in a president/CEO capacity (which I think he might).

I still say they just split the job, make Kuharich the GM and don't go outside the "family".
