Right.....So they were good for years and he came in and continued to make them good and actually great in the fact they won the superbowl, but he deserves no credit. However, I bet if the defense started to decline and become terrible he would get all the blame.

How have you not used what you learned here for this example? Great offense for 3 years, Herm comes in and PLUMMIT! But it's probly not Herm's FAULT just like it's not Spags Props for being good. Yeah that logic is comical at best.
