Can't rule out Capers coming along with Pioli to KC as DC. He has a past in the 3-4 but did run the 43 zone blitz package with good result under Coughlin with the Jags after Capers was fired as the panthers HC.
I'd really want Bates to be the OC.

I'm fine with McDermott as the DC. Honestly anyone but Gunther sounds good to me.

My top choice for OC as well.

McDermott took over for Spags when he left. Can't go wrong with a couple of Jim Johnson Boys. I'd sure as Hell take Gregg Williams though.
