I like Gruden a lot.

I don't like how he is on QBs. However, I think I'd like him a lot as the coach of this franchise.

His offensive philosophy is outdated, he's too much of a taskmaster, and can't deal with rookie mistakes. Say we had a team like the 97 Chiefs in the wing, I'd love him, but I don't think he's a good fit for a rebuilding team.

I think for him to further his career, he needs to go to work as an offensive coordinator/asst. head coach for someone like Andy Reid, Tom Coughlin, Bill Belichick and Jeff Fisher.

His teams lack consistency throughout the season (meaning the wheels come off in December) and he's freaking mental when it comes to QB play.
