I like Gruden a lot.

I don't like how he is on QBs. However, I think I'd like him a lot as the coach of this franchise.

His offensive philosophy is outdated, he's too much of a taskmaster, and can't deal with rookie mistakes. Say we had a team like the 97 Chiefs in the wing, I'd love him, but I don't think he's a good fit for a rebuilding team.

I agree he's a miserable bag of suck on QBs and rookies.

I think for him to further his career, he needs to go to work as an offensive coordinator/asst. head coach for someone like Andy Reid, Tom Coughlin, Bill Belichick and Jeff Fisher.
