Odds are Herm still employed after today...
Seeing as Jack Hary says it was Shanahan, Mort said Herm would be gone by today, Collinsworth said it was Haley and Schefter said we had not spoke with Shanahan, Ari's realtor said it was Cowher and the latest Gailey story, I'd say....

Herm will still be here after today, contrary to all of the above. Hopefully Pioli will make me eat my words but all I have seen is all the "experts" don't have a ****ing clue.

I think everyone should just relax and realize that the Head Coach of the KC Chiefs is Herm Edwards. If that changes someone will let us know.

No, if that is the case the team needs to come out and say so. If I were a ticket holder why would I be wanting to re-new tickets when I do not know what status of the team is?

It's not quite that simple. Pioli said he was going to evaluate Herm and decide if he was going to stay as head coach. Over a week later and Herm's future is still in limbo and our coaching assistant are leaving. While Herm may still technically hold the title of head coach, he isn't anything until Pioli confirms he is staying.

I'd say the odds are looking better that Herm lives to see another weekend and possibly week as head coach of the Chiefs.

I don't think anything is going to happen until after the Super Bowl.
