Not everyone that goes to KU is a short-sighted moron such as yourself. The better the Big 12 does, the more it does to help recruiting and publicity for the whole conference. MU losing might satisfy your warped little world, but it actually hurts the conferences rep.

MU beating Memphis won't sway anybody's opinion about B12. Welcome to the real world, you dumb**** - the world where the pundits are going to jizz their pants over talent and a world where the pundits will talk about conferences in the much bigger markets. There's your publicity. I'm all for Big 12 winning, except for MU who is the the hated, low life enemy. And yeah, pretty much everyone who goes to KU and likes sports will despise MU.

Not when it comes to mizury, I won't. And, I'd rather you address the main point of your argument. KU, a B12 team won it all last year, did you see a noticeable increase in publicity for the conference?

Yes and no. Oklahoma got more publicity, and I am sure KU would have too if they did not lose just about all their team from last year. Anyway, **** publicity, its about recruiting. Unfortunately, the two are somewhat tied together.

Oklahoma got publicity due to talent - see Blake Griffin. That is one way you get publicity as stated in my previous post. KU got the publicity anyway and that's because we won last year, it has nothing to do with us being in the B12.

Personally, I want KU vs. MU in the final four. With the usual result, of course.

As long as the championship game isn't being played at Allen Fieldhouse, I'll take my chances with that.

Being in St. Louis, I noticed how nice it was to have a KU game nearly every 'Big Monday' on ESPN, even when it was against Hooverville Technical and Agricultural.

Did you see a lot of Texas Tech on ESPN? They're in the B12 after all, and KU (a B12 team) won the championship last year, all that publicity for the conference!

No, but it will make your food and drink taste bitter, vile, and toxic.

And that, is quite enough for me.

Indeed, it will. I'm pretty optimistic, though, that the shit-tigers will get beat.

Honestly, I felt like this for a long time as well. But eventually, I saw the bigger picture - you will too.
