Unfortunately GOQUEER is computer saavy enough to reset and get a new IP address. There is no getting rid of him for good. I guarantee he is still around here under a name that doesn't match his normal IP address.

Actually, if it weren't for this, he wouldn't have even been here.

He was IP banned twice within his 1st year of membership, but it's impossible to do IP bans on proxies or services like AOL without inadvertently banning dozens of innocent members.
