But yes, it's clearly a first round kicker. Heck, just have 65% touchback ability is probably good for at least third round right there, maybe 2nd.

This is actually a very good point. If the kicker can make a 75 yard FG 50% of the time, and 70 yards 60%, it changes the whole thing. I would then, think about drafting that kicker in the 1st round.
