**** OFFICIAL College Football Week 14 Game Thread ****

Well.. the biggest week of the season is here along with the biggest and most important game of the year. For all intents and purposes, the 4PM EST game may as well be the National Championship (don't get so pissy UT, TCU, BSU and Cincinnati fans).

All times EST.

Thursday
9:00 #16 Oregon State at #7 Oregon - ESPN

Friday
8:00 Ohio vs. Central Michigan - ESPN2

Saturday
12:00 #5 Cincinnati at #15 Pittsburgh - ABC
12:00 #21 Houston at East Carolina - ESPN2
12:00 #23 West Virginia at Rutgers - ESPN
12:30 Fresno State at Illinois
3:00 New Mexico State at #6 Boise State - ESPN360
3:30 Arizona at #18 USC - ABC
4:00 #1 Florida vs. #2 Alabama - CBS
6:30 #19 California at Washington
8:00 #3 Texas vs. #22 Nebraska - ABC
8:00 #10 Georgia Tech vs Clemson - ESPN
8:00 South Florida at Connecticut - ESPN2
11:30 Wisconsin at Hawaii - ESPN2

Enjoy the games!

I am looking forward to catching as much of the Cincinnati/Pitt game as I can. I have been impressed with the Mardy Gilyard footage I have seen online, but have not had the chance of seeing him play live this year. From what I have seen I would be ecstatic if the Chiefs were able to land him in the third round.

Freshman Dion Lewis is looking very impressive for Pitt on their opening drive. I am not ready to compare him to Barry Sanders as Matt Millen is doing though.

Edit: Lewis touched the ball on all 12 plays of Pitt's opening scoring drive. The kid is impressive for a freshman.

I know Iowa needs Texas to win in order to be invited to a BCS game. Do the Hawkeyes also need Cincinnati to win? Or would Cincinnati fall out of the BCS altogether with a loss?

I like Dunlap's athletic ability, but what has he done this season to make Florida fans really think he'll be missed?

He's been ridiculously overhyped this year. He should have put it all together and had a monster campaign.

Dunlap's college career looks a lot like Mario Williams, all the talent in the world, flashes of the huge talent yet heavily inconsistent.

Cincinnati's defense is getting exposed big time right now. They can't stop the run or the pass at all up to this point.

Tackling the receiver must be legal now.

If Pitt keeps this up, I don't think Iowa gets affected. I don't think the Big East is going to get two teams in the BCS.
