As much as you might hate the guy, he's incredibly important to this team's ultimate success and failure and it's pretty obvious. In a way, the fact that he's kind of an x factor is a bit scary.

I don't hate him at all. He just needs to pull his head out of his ass. Maybe some more time on the bench would help.
