That's the thing. We never got over the hump with Marty but no other team won more regular season games than we did during the 90's. Then Dick comes in and again, we can't get over the hump. This franchise is DUE for some success, and all of us should be questioning everything until it does. We have earned that right for supporting them all this time.

dude ... there are tons of things that shoot up red flags with this organization without "looking" for them.

you want to scream when the chiefs hire goonther again ... cool. But Weiz and Crennel are viable coaches. Why look for reasons to bitch when we have so many smacking us in the face everyday?

will this group of Chiefs coaches succeed? If the Chiefs curse continues, probably not. But Chiefs fans are the last ones that need to be reminded of how much shit can go wrong. We've have a yearly bad luck enema for how long now?

I don't blame anyone who's fed up with jwhit. At all. I've come down on most of his articles for the exact reasons all of you are now. I just thought he did a better job with this one.

And for the record, even though I don't agree with a lot of the decisions that have been made since Pioli was hired, I am excited about being a Chiefs fan again. He's Scott Pioli, and I'm Mr. Flopnuts. Whatever he does that I don't agree with doesn't matter, because he's proven he knows a lot more than I do. (Understatement of the year)

For what he's trying to do with this team, he's surrounded himself with the very best braintrust that he could. And they have a history of success. Let's do it again!
