So if i'm 15 and my girlfriend is 15 and she decides to jump by bones for by 16th birthday. I'm then 16 and she's 15 so i'm heading towards being a registered sex offender?

wow ... the registered sex offender part is complete crap. They was less than 12 months between their ages. Stupid



but the "eww" factor just went sky high.

Yeah, I was thinking kind of the same thing. I mean, it is disgusting what he did. But how does that make him a sex offender? That status should be reserved for child molesters and the like, not 2 teens that are a year apart.
