This is good ... IF ... McCoy is a believer in Tebow and they have a strong relationship. I don't know much about McCoy, so if they can keep the offensive philosophy pretty much in tact with an upgraded focus on the ground attack... this could be a good thing. Consistency on that side of the ball with the QB, WRs, etc is key.
Maybe, just maybe (if healthy) Fox can lure DeAngelo Williams into Denver. Then, go get that TE they need. If they can implement a strong ground game with a more than capable pass catching TE with Tebow at QB, things could develop sooner rather than later for him. There's a lot to be seen though. Williams is entering his 6th season and has worked well in a RB Rotation, so saddle him up with Moreno and I think this could be a greatly improved ground game. Williams stats: http://www.pro-football-reference.co...W/WillDe02.htm I don't know how severe the foot injury is, but with Stewart and Goodson in CAR and Williams a FA, he is likely out of there. So, come on over to Denver! Regarding FA TE's, I'd be interested in the following: Zach Miller (OAK) Marcedes Lewis (JAC) Kevin Boss, (NYG) David Thomas (NO) Bo Scaife (TEN) I dunno which will truly be leaving though.

Figured that would happen. IMO, the only potential OC replacement for Weis now is McD. The only way he'd do that is if Haley said "Just give me two years and I'll do everything I can to help you get another head coaching gig."
Haley should be able to identify with McD in the way they chose to run their teams. Difference being that Haley made good choices in firing and hiring his coordinators between season 1 & 2. McD screwed the pooch. McD screwed up his QB & WR whereas Haley got the most out of his. On second thought, screw that POS. We don't need him in here screwing our team up. ![]() Actually I do think he would be a good OC, but he's likely headed for St Louis now. |

I still don't know that it would be the wise move. I think McD really burned some bridges and goodwill, but we'll see.
