I simply pointed out that the Chiefs, who, coming off a four win season, should have been in a "rebuild" mode that usually consists of bettering the core positions such as offensive line, defensive line, linebackers, etc., instead went with positions that are usually considered luxury picks once you have built the team into a playoff contender, and based on that recent history, a cornerback or defensive end wouldn't necessarily be out of the realm of possibility.
