I have almost exactly the same situation at my house, except with wasps instead of dolphins.

A few things about my trip that I really enjoyed (besides Harry Potter's Wizarding World);

1. People. I talked with people from all over the country. My favorite was a couple that I talked to for about an hour waiting for a shuttle from US to the hotel. They were from Nova Scotia. Very nice people.

Also falling under the category of people would be all of the languages I heard while I was there. Orlando was a true melting pot. Standing in a few of the crowded shops, it was pretty cool to listen to all of the different languages at once.

2. Scenery. Yes, I enjoyed the view from a 10th floor hotel room in Orlando, and definitely hard to top the oceanfront hotel room at Daytona Beach, but my favorite was probably the drive to and from Jacksonville along I-95. I stopped to get gas in St. Augustine. I wish I would have had a bit more time to spend there.

I think that's it, overall. I loved everything, but those two really put this vacation far above any other I've ever gone on. I would love to be able to go back to explore more of the cities along I-95.

Seriously, luv, why don't you move to Florida? Now's a perfect time for you to do it. Create a whole new life for yourself.

Not done with school until July. Not sure I have the means. How would I go about it? Find a job, then move out there? Move out there with no job in hopes of finding one and affording a place on my own until I do? How do I get a place right now? I have no income, and my credit is shot. I really, really would love to, but my logical side can't see the logistics in doing so.

Step 1: Step outside of your comfort zone.

The rest is simple.

Your credit's just as shot in Missouri as it is in Florida. And you don't have a job in Missouri just like you don't have a job in Florida (unless I missed something on that tryout you had). So what's the difference? A two-day drive? With the potential payoff of living in a place that you've fallen in love with?

We all have our own priorities and values, but I can say that I've never felt better than the day that I drove a Ryder truck across the Missouri state line and left everything behind to start a new life. It's very cleansing; almost like being reborn, but on your own terms this time.

Do it, luv. I just had a friend move out to Florida. He looked for a job as a dietician, got it, and moved down there. He spends time working in Orlando, Tampa, and other places around there. He loves it.

Brits are kind of annoying and that's the main group of people I recall in Orlando.
