So, I went on a bike ride this weekend, and I didn't make it nearly as far as I thought I would (I don't remember it being this hard when I was 12). Just an extreme wake-up call. So, the change started today. I did fairly well eating, had the equivalent of two sodas, and I parked at dad's house after work and walked to school (maybe a half mile one way). I know it's not much, but it's a start.
