Story coming down about Haley?

Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

There would be next door. But not at Cigar Box. It's a smoking bar next door.

And for what it's worth, I think the girl Phobia spoke to probably BELIEVES what she's saying. She's probably just wrong. It's an artsy crowd who wouldn't know Todd Haley from Todd McNair.

There is no way he lives near there and it's kinda far from the stadium, and it's right next to "Temptations" that has a HUGE neon sign that says "TOTALLY NUDE."

No way he risks his reputation to even go near there, let alone go in there by himself, get drunk, and feel up a rando girl. If just one picture is taken of him on the SIDEWALK outside of Cigar Box, its on the crawl on ESPN within 24 hours.

Dude you are awesome!

You post a rumor you heard from someone else and you have no first hand knowledge of.

You then state you expect the Chiefs to cover it up before it hits any media, meaning if we don't hear about it is because the Chiefs squashed it, not because it never happened and this is all bullshit.

Way to try to cover your ass on a bunch of BS.

I would agree with others in this thread and say this would be exceptionally hard to completely cover up so If it doesn't hit media, it never happened.

Like this thread should have never happened.

Not necessary. For a Raider fan, you have good taste in comedians. and I appreciate the props. Used to be a kcstar board guy and heard about the "migration" a little late, otherwise I'd have moved first day the board was open.

I don't care if it happened, or didn't happen, but I'm with Phobia on the NFL's ability to hush these things up.

When Plax shot himself NFL security did a great job slamming the lid on all news. A day after the incident the NYPD still didn't know anything, the hospital didn't report the shooting as they are required by law, etc.

He is my favorite comedian, social observer. I enjoyed him to the very end even when many thought he became too dark~

Coach Haley denies fondling. He was simply waving at her genitals.

Oh yeah. His stuff just got edgier as he aged, which was great. The baton has been passed on to guys like Louis CK now. We'll see how far he can carry it...

as for the new avatar, I assume that's from Wyatt Earp? Haven't seen that movie in forever...

(so I guess this thread is dying... we all pretty much on the same page that this much ado about nothing?)

FWIW, I think Phobia did a great job of posting what he heard, listing it as a rumor, and telling us how he heard it. He never "vouched" for the girl in question. Just reported what he heard about the Chiefs head coach on a Chiefs BB and let Chiefs fans (and rivals) talk about it. Ahhh... the good old days. This isn't Reuters guys, it's a bulletin board. rumors are cool here.

His dark days as a grizzly old man were the best imo. So great. I like Louis CK a lot now.
