Haley was cuffed: undetermined, don't know that anybody has asked that question or if it was answered.

Don't know how much fire you need but there's definitely smoke there. You're right, the heart of the story was Haley's level of involvement. That part has been denied. For now, I have egg on my face. I'm a big boy. I'm prepared for and will accept the consequences for posting a rumor on a message board.
