Story coming down about Haley?

Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

Don't know how much fire you need but there's definitely smoke there. You're right, the heart of the story was Haley's level of involvement. That part has been denied. For now, I have egg on my face. I'm a big boy. I'm prepared for and will accept the consequences for posting a rumor on a message board.

according to the waiter captain at Longhorn Steakhouse (the boss of the waitress that sourced Phil), he saw Todd Haley exposing himself to some of the dishwashers and bus boys before even ordering a cigar...take that for what it's worth though I know how shady waiter captains can be
