These men got you people a AFCW Title. They are doing you right. Success often comes in biannual waves for NFL teams. It's typical for a team to come off success and fall off for a season, then come back stronger.

In today's NFL you can't blame the state of a franchise on people who coached the team 11 years ago, or even 6 years ago.

You are correct that success often comes in every other year cycles. However, the teams that usually end up succeeding after the down year (NO, GB) a have franchise QB.

Also, those up-down cycles are like 10-6 one year and 8-8 the next. If a team has truly "turned the corner" they're not going 4-12, 10-6 and 4-12.
