It's an easy show to write off because it was filmed in that bad '80s video format, and Susan Harris shows always tend to have a cheap-looking quality to them, but it was fantastic in a completely bizarre sort of way. It was full of outlandish characters and plots, and very well written. In its first run I wouldn't watch it because I thought it would be terrible, and then I discovered it in reruns and devoured it.

I've seen it many times.
Just not sure it's one of the very best sitcoms of all-time.
75 best? To be sure. 50 best? Probably. 25 best? Eh... 10 best? No way.

Don't get me wrong. It was a great show.
It was a pioneer in certain ways.

Addressed issues that weren't often being tackled in that format...at that time.
