Who do I keep?

OK, I'm in a baseball auction keeper league, and I'm facing some tough choices on keepers. Help me, ChiefsPlanet, you're my only hope (actually, I just want some second opinions, but I figured why not double my dose of nerdiness here)...

Particulars:
$300 auction league (standard auction cap is $260)
Can keep 9 players
Traditional 5x5 scoring
Start 15 hitters (Cx2, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, MI, CI, OFx5, UTILx2) and 9 pitchers (no designation between starters/relievers)
Kept players have $4 added to their salary
Roster is filled out with 10-round snake draft, bringing total player pool to 25
Weekly lineup sets
One waiver move per month

No-brainers (salary listed is 2012 salary, with $4 adjustment):
C - Jesus Montero, $4
2B - Robbie Cano, $32
OF - Matt Kemp, $20
OF - Mike Trout, $4
OF - Matt Holliday, $28

P - Annibal Sanchez, $4
P- Ian Kennedy, $7

Question Marks: (first ones listed are ones I'm leaning towards keeping the most)

P - Roy Halladay, $43 (huge expense, but Halladay is a consistent horse, and Justin Verlander went for $45 on the open market last season, and 200 K pitchers don't grow on trees. I'm thinking I could squeeze one more season out of Doc)
OF - Michael Bourn, $20 (50 bags and 100 runs with an average that doesn't kill me)
P - Mike Minor, $4 (Going to be No. 5 starter in Atlanta, Ks a batter an inning with decent other numbers)
P - Cory Luebke, $4 (Cheap, sneaky player, IMO. Risky, but should be a 180 K, 3.50 ERA guy)
P - Chris Perez, $11 (cheap closer)
P - Heath Bell, $16 (I worry about his dropping peripherals and K rate)
OF - Chris B. Young, $9
2B, MI, OF, UTIl - Howie Kendrick, $14 (because of the waiver rule, multi-position guys can be really key)
P - Jodan Zimmerman, $9 (K rate was pretty low, other numbers are good and should land more Ws this year)

I'm really in a tough spot for my last two keepers. I have some great, cheap options that will be strong performers, as well as proven performers that are probably at the max of their keeper value.

So, I'd love to hear some thoughts. The only guys in my "locks" I'm not 100 percent on is Holliday. $28 is still a good value for him, even with his injury concerns.

I love Minor/Luebke (probably Minor a little more) and would love to find a way to sneak one of them onto the roster. But to do so would come at the expense of a proven bat that contributes at an elite level (Bourn/Holliday) or a proven stud pitcher (Halladay).

Bourn - Category killer for steals, he's more than worth that price.

Young - Nice power/speed combination makes up for BA liability.

Kendrick - Contributes in every category and has multi position eligibility.

Zimmerman - That's a keeper price and he should keep improving over the next few years.

I can understand the temptation to keep Hallady but I wouldn't do it myself. I'd rather have Zimmerman and save the $34.

Luebke would be a nice fit. Cheap and will fill up the stats except for wins.

Yeah, I'm starting to lean towards letting Halladay go and keeping Luebke/Minor/Zimmerman instead.

Having an extra $30-40 on draft day would be useful, no doubt. And I'd hate to hang on to Halladay one season too long (Bound to happen eventually, right?)

I've always liked Young $9 and Kendrick $14 could benefit greatly from Pujols arrival. Also Zimmerman for $9 and Minor for $4 sound good to me. Two quality SP, an OF and a swiss army knife in Howie for $36. Throw in Kennedy and you get one Doc Halladay @ $43.
