Technically, they can't keep him in solitary because keeping someone that separated from other people for the rest of his life is becoming considered "cruel and unusual." In addition to jail time for Sandusky, I propose they have him get with the kids who bullied that wimpy school bus monitor so he can threaten them with sexual abuse but then get him away before any actual abuse occurs.
