Just got back from my family vacation to Kauai, HI. Pics of me are baaaaaad. Stepped on the scale this morning, don't like what I see. I'll lose some weight over the next few months as my activity level goes up coaching youth football, but it's time for me to do something. I turn 49 next month, and I'm 6'2", 310 as of this morning. Time to get right.
