I know I am approaching that age, and would like to be aware of the time when change becomes impossible. At 62 I find change is a regular thing, so maybe I need to hurry and get it all done.

I think what he's saying is that Romeo won't change the football philosophy that has served him well for most of his career.

After five games, it's becoming clear that while Phil Savage didn't help Romeo much in Cleveland, Romeo didn't do much to help himself, either.

It's a shame. I like RAC.

My point about change was that he changed his style this season. All he needs to do is go back to his standard 3-3-5 and 4-2-5 nickel packages. He needs to quit experimenting with the 2-3-6. That formation is killing us.

That's all I meant about RAC changing and I think he will.

I know Dane, it was my silly attempt at being funny. I think he has zero chance of succeeding as long as he is trying to do both jobs.

It is stupid, and wrong for so many reasons.

Should be a simple change. All he has to do is understand his experiment failed and go back to what worked.
