Excellent talent at key positions, and the "Executive of the Decade" turned a legit. opportunity of a lifetime into a ****ing disaster.

He's burned through DJ and Hali's primes and Flowers will start his decline in a year or so (such is the life of undersized corners, look at Law). Charles is probably due for a similar decline soon enough as well.

It's tough to really wrap your mind around how god-awful a job he's done.

But hey, we should totally let him draft a first round QB and give him another 3 years. He's clearly earned it...
