Deserving? No. However a billion teams lost infront of them and i'm pretty sure any other team would have lost just as badly. That Hurricane team was a ****ing NFL team.

But yeah I would say that Husker team was the least deserving out of any other team to appear in the BCS. I'm not sure why people are bitching about Notre Dame. If anything it should be Alabama people bitch about.
