Wow...that's insane.

I like the ADD/ADHD comments. Parents are lazy and don't want to take care of their children, it's not a brain dysfunction, it's a parental dysfunction.

Working in the car business, there were several car sales people that took Adderall, due to it being like taking crack.

It is still legal to spank on the butt in Kansas, better believe if time out doesn't work, a good spanking does.

I think blaming it all on lack of discipline might be overly simplistic, but I agree that it's over diagnosed.

After reading the article you posted, I would agree discipline is not always the factor. People do learn in different manners. I had to remember my physiology classes.

My sister has a son who doctors claimed had ADD, nah, he just needed his butt whooped.
