Hopefully being with Reid can fix that. You can coach the "hero" concept. Reid did with Favre.

Exactly. Out of all the traits that cause a prospect to drop, that's the one I would think is the best one to have to fix, especially in a no-lose situation like this.

Getting him as a UDFA is pretty cool. To me, I would keep him on as the 3 no matter how it plays out because of his upside. We know he is a project, so I don't think you can really judge him off the next few months.
