It was certainly before 1971 when the US dollar was disassociated from the Gold Standard, allowing for un-backed fiat money to be manipulated ad-nauseum, allowing for a $17 Trillion national debt that certainly must end in US financial collapse, then world financial collapse.

It was certainly before 1965 with evil Ted Kennedy's Immigration and Nationality Act that has completely changed US demographic composition in responsed to Roe v. Wade above, and flooded us with un-assimilating immigrants. The melting pot has become a salad bowl. Balkanization will surely follow.

I hate to break it to you, but it sounds like you're referring to any number of third-world countries. If you've grown to hate this country so much, leave it and never come back.
