Since we're playing fun times comparing shit, here ya go: cutting your hair off in sympathy of a person going through chemo is the same as cutting your leg off in sympathy of a person that is disabled.

Insane statement, right? Well, that is your level of insanity when comparing these two things. This isn't a square peg-round hole situation. Who gives a **** what this person wants to do and that is probably what I would say if someone cut their leg off in the situation you described. Would I do it? Hell no. But who am I, or you, for that matter, to decide what another person feels?
