Yeah, but to look like crap against the last two teams that they should have easily beat is not a good sign. They just looked way out of sync today and the Vols hustle had a lot to do with that.

Tough game...KU really hadn't played a team that aggressive defensively all season. It looks like they still need to get a little tougher yet. This was one of the games that I figured they might lose (Tennessee is a formidable place to play), but it's time to start playing better. Maybe they were feeling the pressure of a perfect record...time to move on and play like they can in the Big 12.

The loss was on the road to a ranked opponent. The Summit is not a cake-walk venue. Not a loss to be ashamed of...the way we played, well, there are some things to be ashamed of about that. For one, the team left their feet in Lawrence.

I am happy to shake the #1 ranking, and happy to get the loss out of the way prior to conference play.

Would like to be ranked outside the top 10, but that wont happen.

I have a couple of questions about this game? Why did Xavier disappear? Why keep Reed in when he kept missing open 3's. Good game Vols. KU didn't use its depth to its advantage. They should have pounded the shit outa the paint after both Chism and Prince went out of the game with 4 fouls each.
