That video says it all...he quit; he was done in KC....that video is proof...especially when there are others just like it that show basically the same thing. He wanted out, and this gave him his wish....he just put the whole franchise in a horrible position, and tied their hands. I don't usually think like this, but I hope the dude breaks his leg on the first snap of the season.

On the #Chiefs & Marcus Peters: Best described as a mutual parting. Both sides came away in a good place. KC knew they would deal him for 2 months, took the best deal with a limited market that barely included 2 teams (not #Browns or #Colts, despite their execs drafting him)
I find this very interesting. A young CB with the abilities of a future HOFer gets hardly any bites, and especially not from 2 of his former employers? If Peters goes on to have a great career then all of the people complaining will be proven correct. But what if he turns out to be a TO type player? Owens had all the talent in the world but was so much of a team cancer that it couldn't be overcome.

Rams get a 25 year old AllPro for absolutely nothing AND GET A PICK BACK. Bent the Chiefs over.

I think MP wore on Justin Houston, or at least his facial expressions appeared that way to me, when MP was being a spoiled unaccountable child.

I truly believe we will see better team chemistry across the board now that the tumor has been removed.

Gotta say, for all your talk about moderation, you seem to distill an inordinate amount of the world's various and sundry woes down to an insufficient level of wypipo sucking BLM dick.

I'm not even saying I agree with your assessment of what drove the parties apart. But if indeed this came down to Peters getting his fee fees hurt because not everyone supported his valiant Anthem SoulCycle Sessions, that means he's a butthurt pussy who wasn't really taking a stand for anything except his own adulation anyway.

Have to say that for all you armchair GMs out there that what you think he was worth is just that, what you think. The market said he wasn't quite worth this years 4th and next years 2nd. That's what he is worth. The Chiefs was able to work with him for 3 years but apparently enough was enough. If most of the crap he is alleged to have done in this thread is true then I'm surprised it took this long. That and out of all the other teams in the NFL, for the best offer to be this means the Rams don't have a lot of faith that he will be their "lock-down corner" for the next 5-8 years and could very well just be "locked down".

3rd round value for an all pro CB on his rookie contract. Shame.

The ****ing Browns didn’t want him. Let that sink in. The team that could use all the help that they can get. The team that could have blown the Rams offer out of the water just by offering the same ****ing picks. I wonder why?

Maybe because they didn’t want to deal with the headache and knew that he wouldn’t sign a long term deal anywhere but on the West Coast.

For all the talk about keeping politics out of football, you sure seem to have no issue with fans taunting a player about something that has nothing to do with football. The idea of fans trolling a good player on their own team for his politics is just absurd to me. This wasn't disagreement. This was a subset of fans making it clear they hated him.
