Year after year of raising prices during an economic boom followed by an economic downturn. Who has the money to pay the big prices now that the economy is down and energy prices are soaring?

I love going to Chiefs games but I am not a season ticket holder because I am too cheap to buy them.

Plus honestly now that have Sunday Ticket, I like to plop down on the couch stuffing my face with food and channel surf all of the games.

That is something else I thought of mentioning as well. With Driecttv and the cost of Sunday ticket i'm sure some fans just stay home to watch all the other games they want to see.

Then toss in FF and people want to see how all their players are doing, and see if they are winning in real time...

Man I love game day. You met me, saw pictures of my younger days. It's obvious that I sit in front of the tube too much anyway.

I need cable for my broadband connection and I'm too cheap to pay for a satellite dish and set up just to get the NFL Sunday ticket.

But if we had made a Super Bowl in 95 or 97 like we should have there probably would still be the waiting list.

I have gone to games so long i can remember watching Joe Namath play! i have been a season holder now for 10 years and i too am very tired of a 3 hour drive each way just to get my heart broke at the end of the season after all the hype of a great season coming. this is probably my last season as my ticket partner has already turned in his tickets for the rest of the year to me cause he is pissed after the Eagles game. We love the tailgating but we too can stay home and get drunk and only drive 3 blocks back to my house. maybe a lot of people are feeling this way and that is why the ticket sales are way off. gas at 2.75 isnt helping either, it costs 70.00 to go to one game for me in my avalanche.
