How good is the Steelers' management?
The Steelers are good just about every year and seem to draft incredibly well regardless of where they pick. They hire great coaches, even when their selections are questioned by many (see: Tomlin). Honestly, it just doesn't seem fair. They could close their eyes and point to two linebackers from a list of potential draft picks and nab at least one Pro-Bowler, while signing another as an UFA. Need a RB or QB? Not a problem.

If you put Matt Cassel on that team they dont win as much as they do with Big Ben. He is a major part of it IMO.
