The Deberg Penalty
This idea was mentioned in another thread and has had a great response.
Floppy and I have discussed a little and I want more input. Please see the quote from said thread:

Btw: it wouldnt necessarily have to be just three participants each month. We can go up to five or seven if needed. Up to you all. Rainman is good at organizing pole.

Bad threads are a staple of this place. If someone is being completely obnoxious, the mods can step in as always. I don't personally see a need for more than that.
