Sadly, I've seen this shit happen first hand at a charity tournament in Lawrence a few years back. That instance included a lot of drinking by the participants. No idea whether alcohol was a factor with Elway, but it really doesn't take that. Simply taking off when someone standing on the back is not ready for it would be enough.
