Not very bright.

So I'm selling a toddler bed to a family from Belton today and they brought a car so I had to disassemble it for them. I run around the back to my shop for an allen wrench and take the bed apart and load it up into their car for them.

Then when I go in search of my Dewalt cordless impact wrench tonight, it's not where I left it in the garage. My first thought is what you're thinking right now. But I like to give people the benefit of a doubt so I search the house, shop, garage, truck, and everywhere else high and low. Yup, the white trash snatched my drill while I wasn't looking. Can you believe that garbage? I don't even have a name on these people. Everything was done via email.

I'm going to have to get VERY creative to get that thing back. Wish me luck.

Phobia, I'm sure glad this Dewalt tool showed up before you did something that you MIGHT have regretted.

Never, EVER bring an impact driver into the bedroom. It scares the womenfolk.

So my plan was to post "free girl clothes in sizes 4T and 5/6 to a needy family" and wait for her response. Then I was planning to deliver the fictional clothes myself and confront them with some equally fictional security video of them fictionally stealing the drill and demand its return or I would take the video to the police.

I don't know how well it would have worked.

I wouldn't have. I'm not that kind of guy. I've had plenty of people rip me off and the temptation to slash tires and pour sugar into gas tanks is strong but I can't bring myself to do it.

One of my labs stole $30 dollars out of my wife's purse and wallet last night. I'm guessing by the remains, it was a tasty snack.
