A checkdown is taking what you're given? Give me a break. They're showing him cover 2 and zone. His job is to bust the zone, not play within what they're giving him. How ridiculous.

I didn't say anything, but I have not been all that impressed with Kareem Hunt. Take away those big runs at the end of games during the first five weeks and you basically have what we've got over the past five. Kid looks great when he has a clean hole or space to run. Otherwise he looks a little heavy footed and clunky to me.
It's okay to hammer on other players not named Alex. The offensive line is comprised of soft vaginas, and Hunt isn't anything groundbreaking. He's a good back that's hard to tackle when he gets his momentum going.

I think our O-line while not being "Good", would look better if defenses couldn't cheat........

He threw it further across his body, on the run, without setting his feet, further than our starting QB could on a calm day during a QB challenge competition.

This is what I don't understand. Why is everyone giving Andy so much shit, his offense works.

WHEN YOU THROW DEEP!!

You need the threat of the deep ball to setup the rest of his offense. All the East /West stuff does work......

WHEN THE DEFENSE IS PLAYING DEEP WORRIED ABOUT THE ****ING DEEP BALL!

Alex isn't even throwing the inbetween shit now, in the West Coast offense you have to have the threat of the deep ball to open everything up, including the running game.

And touch, notice the Arc he puts on his throws.......... they arn't flat to the playing field. His balls are so much more easy catch than Alex flat shit passes. Plus he can throw at different speeds.. GASP

It always seems like it's not Alex's fault. If he gets sacked or hurried, it's the Oline not giving him enough time so we need to give Alex more time so we can address the Oline in the offseason. Or we need to look into better weapons, or we need to look into the coaching scheme cause the playcalling is abysmal. Eventually you have to stop blaming everyone else and really ask what is the central theme.

He did all of those things, but what's amazing is that he dropped that ball onto a dime.

Insane.
