Having a franchise QB fixes a lot of things. He's good enough where I could see a great QB making him look even better. But let's face it...nobody's job is safe with shit at QB. If we don't get one he's gone in 3 years like every other coach nowadays

The absolute shitty part about all this is that this team has been built in the best way. Build thru the draft, draft good players, keep the guys you draft around.

This is a young football team, and when healthy is pretty solid starter wise at nearly every spot.

If Romeo handles the situation properly, this team could compete for a SB in 2 or 3 years, if Pioli gives him the pieces.

Look at the defensive side of the ball.

We have an all pro at all three levels, if Berry comes back and is what he was. We have potentially one of the better secondaries, a young great LB core, and a young emerging dline that is one player away.

The entire building was built the right way except the foundation was made out of sand instead of cement.

He hasn't brought in the qb. Hopefully yet.

Over the three years he has been here, there really havne't been any that were drafted or free agency that would be a significant upgrade. Atleast that we had a chance to get.

He's built the team like he wanted and actually done a pretty good job. Now it's time to push the chips to the middle of the table, sit back and puff the fat cigar, while the other players sweat.

Go get a qb that can grow with the rest of this young talent.

All the things that he has messed up, in my eyes, would be forgiven if he did that.
