How Many Times Do You Wash Your Balls Per Day?
Including footballs, bowling balls, baseballs (jammed in ass)?

* EDIT - Let's assume soap and water, or those groovy wipes. Or, liquid ball sanitizer.

Anyway, you just have to know the condition of the lane and pick the right one...

A "sanded" ball --- yes --- there are bowling balls you can actually go over with fine sandpaper --- will grip the lane much better than a "shinny" ball on oily lanes...

I agree, always check the condition of the lane before proceeding. My balls prefer the lane to be oily but a dryer lane can be made oily quick enough.

I'd say cleaning in any fashion. I don't believe the technique matters . Soap and water, ammonia, powerwasher, belt sander......just so long as cleaning is involved.
