Its different kind of pain it used to be burning and pain in my right leg, the burning was awful. This pain I now have in my hip feels like someone has a pry bar in my hip socket prying it apart, and my back aches like a tooth ache. the burning is not completely gone. The surgeon said it was nerve damage.

Get a 2nd opinion. Before living with it.

Yep he released me back to work without restriction after 9 weeks.

So, he originally said you wouldn't be able to work or whatever for 9 weeks, you followed those orders, he gave you the okay to go back to work, and now he's telling you that you went back too early?

Yes he said I would be off 9-12 weeks he released me after I had been off for 9 weeks, now he is saying it was to early. The hospital would not have let me come back until i was released, he said maybe I could come back on light duty and I told him there was no light duty for me on nightshift so he said I could come back without restrictions which is what he wrote on my release. NOW he says it was actually to early to have come back..

Damn... had a similar situation once, so I know how much that sucks. Sounds like he had concerns and should have stuck to his recommendation of light duty or none at all.
