Describe a scenario where you would take up arms against the U.S. government.

What would it take for you to start up a rebellion group? What events would have to happen for you to think that you should risk your life to change how America is governed? Please be as specific as possible; I don't want to hear, "Some crazy despot is elected president." I want to hear, "The President disbands Congress at gunpoint" or "The President orders an invasion of Canada" or "The president has made it illegal for me to own slaves" or "The government is killing everyone who wears glasses and is sending the rest to the countryside" or some such thing.

I share (and feel) your pain. I too have a felony (non-violent-drug-related), and it has been 23 years since the conviction, and 24 since my incarceration ended, and that damn thing still rears its ugly head in my rear view mirror. I have not even had a parking ticket since then, and I'm still jumping through hoops to try and get that thing expunged.
Being that it happened in South Dakota and I live in east Tennessee makes it harder also.

The whole idea of being ID'd via implanted microchip might make me nervous. Mandatory military service would be another.

If they banned due to some enforced sanctions, French bottled water such as Volvic and Evian.

Way to turn a negative into a positive there.

Perhaps TheDudeAbides should note something like this on my resume. "I'm an ex-felon so no one will hire me. This means that I would be your most loyal employee."

I dont know if this was covered, how does an illegal immigrant have more rights than a felon...

Illegals dont have any rights, just because someone breaks the law by giving him a job doesnt mean he has more rights...

Shite, I have been a legal immigrant for 21 years and I still cant vote...

Are you a green card guy, carlos? And if you don't mind sharing, do you plan to pursue citizenship at some point?
