I like Herm and I'm not afraid to say it

yes that's right! I like the youth movement and think Herm has drafted well. Hard to see it yet but I think he has. My knocks on Herm is this, he could have done better with the O-line and finding a second WR to line up with Bowe. This season will probably be painful but I think he's on track to build a winner.

I would give him two more years.

He's a fugging funny interview and energetic as hell ta boot.

I know this thread is worthless.

I agree with most of this. His gameday decisions are $#it.

When he has time to plan and think I like what he does. He knows talent, attitude, aptitude, and value.

But then championchips are won on snap decisions, aren't they?...

Herm also engineered a nine game losing streak (so far). Who was the last Chiefs HC to do that?

Oh, nice.

Ok, who were the only 3 HC's that suffered 9 or more straight losses and later lead their team to a SB?

You broke up a heated argument for this?

Herm knows talent. That is why he brought in Nap Harris, Ty Law, Edwards, Reed, and Terry.

I like Herm..... a little, but this talent guru shit has got to stop. He was in NY for 5 yrs, and left them barren.

None(besides Bowe) of his Chiefs picks have proven shit, and in his entire HC career, he has found IIRC 1 probowler.

I like THE DIRECTION Herm is going, and if he wins a meaningful game in KC, I will stand behind him, but so far, he has shown horrible gameday coaching, and our picks, have yet to do squat. Tamba, Turk, Tank, Pollard, are all ???. God I hope they come into their own this year.
