I love it. I hate polished salesman. Can't trust them. I prefer someone who tells me what they know, and verifies information in real time. It's easier to tell if you're getting greased.

Sure but not knowing what to say next is unnecessary

Having him not be in sync with the video is unnecessary

Musk saying "so ... umm ... yea ... why would you do anything else" about 20 times during the video just because he couldn't think of anything else to say is annoying

Musk being down to earth is great, mumbling like a 9th grader doing a presentation about volcanic rocks is not.

I generally agree that he could be a little more polished, but I think he just doesn't really value the benefit of it. He'd rather be working on fun stuff than selling people on it.
