Fast food restuarants or for that matter any place that screws up your food order. Come on it's not that hard to not mess up someones food. I just ordered from Taco Bell and I don't eat lettuce or tomatoes. I order a crunchwrap supreme, taco and two double decker tacos. The morons put lettuce and tomato on my crunchwrap. The ticket even says -lettuce - tomato. Atleast they almost got all of my order right.

I dont eat tomatoes on sandwiches, but do eat tomatoes on Taco Bell fare. I just never really taste them and picking them out became a real PITA.

I dont special order anything from these places. I figure it only sets me up for disappointment when they fail to get it right. It's not worth the time and effort over fast food fare.

Now, if we're talking about a 35 dollar NY Strip not cooked right--medium rare--then we're going to have to send it back.

LOL...my "send back" ratio is probably less than 1%. It has to be pretty bad to get sent back.

I wouldnt trouble myself with a FF joint, though. I can think of much worse things than saliva--considering I was on the other side of that counter a mere 20 years ago.

I've never worked for a Fast Food chain, but I did work at Applebee's during college. Probably why I rarely eat out anymore.
The people who have never worked in food service have no idea.

That's never happened to me before. I was merely pointing out that I'd be more inclined to get my order 'right' at a place that was a little more upscale than a Taco Bell.

I think the problem here stems from the Mexicans working in the joints. When we English speaking people say, NO ketchup, they here "ketchup" and think HE WANTS Ketchup.

Somehow "no ketchup" gets herd as "wanno ketchup" or something like that. The main thing, is that they don't understand a word you are saying, other than the keywords, such as ketchup, mayo, onions, etc.

If they hear the word, they put it in.

Next time, try ordering the burger by saying, PLAIN, with(######,#####,#####, on it)

Unfortunately, the fast food clerks that I deal with here don't even have that as an excuse. There aren't any Mexicans behind the counters. They're all working in the chicken plants downstate.

How can a turd wrapped in paper be incorrect? Not enough peanuts? Too many tomato skins?
