Seriously? People keep harping that the guy was handcuffed by Herm's cover 2 but as I recall, we weren't playing Cover 2 under Vermeil, and we weren't playing Cover 2 when Gunther was the head coach, and the results weren't very good then either.

Gunther will succeed if Schwartz gets Gunther a James Hasty, Dale Carter, DT and Neil Smith, and instills the type of discipline into the team that Marty did for Gunther. Otherwise, Gunther will continue to suck...
